We are heartbroken to hear of Cosimo's passing. We remember the little boy that lived next door, watched him ride his bike, do dryland training and grow into a fine young man. We always knew when he was getting ready for a hunting or fishing trip with all the loading and packing of his special truck. We watched him bring a puppy into Tony & Angela's life and watched Wally with amusement. We met Shannon and were so happy when Tony proudly announced he had a little grandson. Our Sincere Condolences to all the Racco Family. We met Cosimo years ago as he was a very good friend to our son Kyle. Cosimo started coming out to the house for snowmobile rides, fishing and hunting trips. I had the opportunity to join in on many occasions and Kyle saying that Cosimo is going or might show up, which I always looked forward to with a grin. Cosimo was always responsible to be the first one to lend a hand and help out with the smallest of tasks. One thing for sure, we have great memories of Cosimo and we always knew that when Cosimo was there good times were sure to be the outcome. He was fun, loving and cared very deeply for his family and friends. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Cosimo for his dedicated service and support along with the Thunder Bay Police Service. Truly a great guy inside and out. We were very blessed to be part of your life.
