I went to school with his son Steven and knew all the children. I met him several times during my youth and even remember going to his office to get some information on him for a project I did in school involving smoking while pregnant. Strangely enough, I can still hear him say the word “carboxyhaemoglobin” as I think of him. My deepest sympathies to the entire family.

Dave, Your Dad and I shared many lunches at St Mary's. Sweetly he would ask me why I was leaving so soon. I reminded him I wasn't retired yet like he was. Hugs to you and I will miss him too. I'm sure he found your Mom and they are together in peace
