Corinne was a lovely, caring, wonderful human being, who I miss all of the time, She was always present if anyone needed any help or encouragement. She never asked or wanted anything for herself. She only wanted to do, for others! I shall always cherish talking to her, seeing her! I miss you, Corinne--big time!

Dear Chris, Jean, and Evan, We are so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. She often shared with us how blessed she was to have her family by her side. AND was especially thankful for the "perfect grandson" they raised for her to enjoy. May you find comfort in knowing that she is reunited with her beloved Dick. Together they are enjoying life eternal embraced by the loving arms of their Lord and Savior. Your Mom has been a blessing to so many. She will be missed. Love, Jean and Ron Dyer

Corinne was an amazing community servant, loved by so many friends. I will always remember our high school years together at Tenney and working on the year book and fun times in the "Derbies"! She will be deeply missed.

My sincerest condolences to the family of this very special woman. Corinne was an extraordinary teacher and a true mentor. She helped me to believe in myself as a valued student at the impressionable age of 13 and helped to shape my career goals and education that culminated in earning a Ph.D. I would not have found my way without her. She was my guide through the honor society and was a trusted advisor. I have referenced her as an example hundreds of times when talking with teachers who question the value of their influence. She gave of herself generously with patience and kindness that touched my heart. I humbly share in your grief and wish you even a sliver of peace in knowing there is one more student whose life was deeply touched by her gracious hand.

Corrine was a wonderful teacher, friend, wife , mother, and so much more. When we were struggling science students back in 1969, I'll never forget how she always made extra time available for us and had an uncanny way of explaining things, which helped us all immensely. She was a computer whiz long before most people even knew what a computer was. I was fortunate to have known her for some 50 years and I will not forget how much she loved her cats and dogs. You deserve a peaceful rest, my friend, and you will be remembered by many.
Sincerely, Glenn Witkum
