I can still see her setting in church, smiling and speaking to everyone. She was always dressed in her best. The sweetest women, so thankful I got to be her friend.

I always loved her smiling face and her great attitude. I never heard her say anything negative of others. I feel blessed to have known her, a special lady indeed. Thank you for the memories.

Edna and Bob I am so sorry to hear about our wonderful Cornelia. I was not aware she had passed away until someone told me today. I feel so bad that I did not get to come to her funeral. I have loved this sweet lady since the day I met her. Once again I am sorry for your loss.

Cornelia was my grandfather's sister. For a while during my childhood, they lived in seperate apartments in the same building. That was so much fun for me, as I got to go back and forth for visits. One day, Aunt Cornelia made lunch for me and (being the creative woman that she was) she made Raggedy Ann salads with shaved carrots for hair. She, of course, had her own vivid red hair. Sadly, I lost touch with her as I moved around through the years. My brother, Randy, sent me her obituary this morning. She had always remained in my memories, and those memories are something that I will always cherish. She was a wonderful, loving, fun woman.

We will certainly miss the vivacious Cornelia Ambrose at Meadowbrook. I will never forget the lunch I had with her and her great sense of humor. She was a delight to everyone who knew her. Our sincerest sympathy to her entire family.

I knew this wonderful lady through her grandson and my mom. Every time I saw her she talked with such dignity - made it up the stairs by herself and always set you straight when she talked about Jesus. She knew and pointed out when a preacher taught the actual gospel and not what he thought. A wonderful lady - I am glad she touched my life and heaven will welcome her with open arms.
