Cory Brooks Phillips

Rest in peace Cory Phillips. I went to CSA with him and he was such a kind hearted soul. I always wondered how he was doing. It breaks my heart to see we lost another one to addiction. I too struggle with addiction and everyone I once knew is gone. My Son saved me, but sometimes that's not enough. I'm so sorry to his children, his close friends and family. I know I'll never forget him, his memory will live on.

Am shocked and saddened to hear this. Cory was well liked. He repaired our roof after Hurricane Ida. Did someone take up his business? We have an issue and need to hear from them. The work was warranted by manufacturer. Any info you can give will be. Help. Thank you and again we are saddened to hear of his demise.

Cory was a great friend to anyone he met, me included. A great gym partner and a better friend. He will be missed.

I think it's Cory's smile that I'll remember most from the days when he was an 8th grader in our Science class at OCMS. One of a kind he was! Thinking of you Cory!

Cory was such a good friend to me in middle school and high school and it did my heart good to see him enter recovery and gain a long period of recovery. He shall definitely be missed by our community and I´ll continue to fight for recovery because of people like him.

Marion, I am so sorry to hear of Corey´s passing. I enjoyed seeing him at the gym when he worked there. Such a good looking and energetic soul.

Cory just put a new roof on my house last month and did an outstanding job! He even helped me decide on the perfect color for my house. He was a hard worker and his smile would light up the room. I loved talking to Cory. He had so much wisdom and love to share. I am so proud of all the obstacles he overcame along the path of life. His heart was tender and compassionate. He will always be remembered by me as the loving, caring, beautiful soul he was and is. I will miss him. He made a difference in this world.
