Craig Marsh Obituary
Passed away in Buckeye, AZ. July 26, 2025 after suffering several debilitating medical issues.
Born July 16, 1944 to Russ and Margarita Marsh and raised in Albion, MI. with two brothers, Brian and Dene.
He graduated from Albion HS where he played football for 4 years. He went on to Michigan State University receiving a BS and Masters degrees. A huge football fan he drove Route 66 to the 1966 Rose Bowl, a graduation gift from his parents. Traveling with his good friend Gale McCaillough.
After graduation he was hired by the East Lansing School System where he was a teacher, Assistant Principal and Principal.
Craig was an avid hunter and fisherman, always meeting his old friends Gary Carrier, Bob Allison, and Fred Honeywell on the opening day of deer season at the old homestead in Devereaux.
He and his Uncle Wally and cousin Tom owned a couple of log cabins up past Newberry and hunted and fished the Little Two Hearted River every year.
After retirement he and his wife Cathy moved to AZ to be near their daughter, Erin and Grandson, but he left behind many friends and family here in Michigan who will always love him and miss him.
