I am deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Craig; although time had separated us, I know that the love of his family and friends provided him with great strength to endure many struggles; this was apparent to me when I saw him at my brother Peter's wedding a couple of years ago.
My many prayers go out to his mother Betty and his father, David and to the rest of the Mesches family.
May his memory be eternal! Aionia Mnemni.

My memories of Craig go back to the 4th grade at the New Paltz Campus School. I remember once he carried me to the nurse’s office after I had hurt myself. While we were friends through the Campus School and New Paltz High, we lost touch over time. Craig was always kind, considerate and gentle. He had a way about him that would always draw people to him. My heart, thoughts and prayers go out to you. Craig has gone to another life where people will still be drawn to him and his love. God Bless.

On behalf of the Institute for Family Health we mourn the loss of our colleague, Craig, and share our sorrow with his family and friends. No one who worked with Craig could fail to admire his courage in continuing to work even while undergoing extensive treatments for his illness and his perserverance in the face of such adversity. Craig brought his wisdom and skills in the area of health information technology to tens of thousands of Hudson Valley residents. The impact of his work has left an indelible mark on health care in this region. We will miss him and wish all who mourn his loss the strength to be able to celebrate his extensive accomplishments in his family and work life.

To the Mesches's family, my prayers are with each and every one of you during your time of sorrow. Words are difficult to bring comfort during this time, but please know that even through your sorrow; there is always a brighter tomorrow. May God cradle you and hold you until your pain dissolve and you are able to carry yourselves.
