Deepest condolences to Teresa, his parents, his sister, close family and extended family. I knew Craig through my brother Terry. I didn't know him very well but what I did know was he had a huge heart. My brother is heart broken and will miss him terribly. Please accept a huge hug from us to all of you. Continued prayers at this difficult time.

Whether it was the help he gave on projects we did around Town, or the eye he kept on my 100 year old Dad while he took his afternoon walks, he was one of the people who made me glad to West Springfield home.

Craig, you were a wonderful person. I remember you always beeping that horn waving at me in that work truck always asking how my family is doing. Seeing me in the stores and at work again asking how my family and I were doing. A special guy that’s earned a place in my heart. I remember seeing you with Teresa (also great person) at my grandparents wakes and recently Uncle Waynes wake. I thank you for that. I’m sorry this happened to you but my view is your kind hearted soul has a special purpose elsewhere now. Rest easy now you did good here on earth.

My sincere condolences to all of Craig’s family. I met Craig as a little kid at the O’Neils house and spent many family functions there with him. Todd and I used to take him out and about with us. He was such a good kid. The past few years I drive by his house daily and saw him all the time. I’d stop and shoot the breeze. He was funny as hell. Always had a huge smile on his face even when he was talking smack. We were supposed to go for a ride together. I’m going to miss seeing him. He was a great guy! Rest In Peace Craig.

When Stephanie came along she just thought Craig was the best. He would get down to her level so she could pat the top of his crew cut head. And then the two of them would just crack up laughing. I have always considered Craig a nephew, that never stopped.

So sad to hear about Craig...we went to high school together and then worked at Sullivan Paper together....I would see him around town here and there before I moved just to say hello and maybe a quick chat, but the one thing I do remember is he would be snow plowing my street during snow storms and would always make it a point to go clear out my moms driveway for her when other trucks had blocked her in with the snow...:)

My family and I always enjoyed being in Craig's company when we would see him with our son Brian to whom he was a loyal and much valued friend. I have a fun memory of putting him on to some bluefish as we trolled inshore at Block Island where he spent a weekend with us one summer. A very good and likeable man. Please accept our deepest sympathy.

Craig and I were good childhood friends. We spent a lot of time on sleep overs and sports and riding bikes. Although I didnt see him for many years, as life sometimes goes like that, I always considered him my friend. He would always be welcome at my door That is because of the person he was. We have lost a good person. A good soul.
Did i mention Craig was really funny? I can hear him now so thats what Ill remember.
Lastly I was reminded of our last hang which was an imporomtu tag football game on the top of Mittenague when we were adults. Took a week to recover.
Please tell your friends that you love them.
Rest in Peace Craig

We are deeply sadden for the loss of Craig. He will always be a hero in our eyes and forever in our hearts. We have known him for 20 years. He watched our kids Briana and Bryan grow up. He was one that made us laugh and gave so much to help us out anytime we needed it especially helping us out almost 7 years ago during Dan’s accident. From mowing the lawn and giving Dan rides to and from working the year he did light duty. We are forever grateful for his help, his friendship and support. Our heart goes out to his entire family, friends and Teresa. He will be really missed by all. R.I.P. Craig.

I worked with Craig for a few years in West Springfield. He was one of a few people I kept in touch with after leaving. It's not that we talked online or on the phone, but often I would see him or him me when I was in town. I would pull over and if he wasn't too busy we would chat.

I still find myself looking at DPW trucks to see if he's in one. Craig was a great guy and had a kind soul. He was always talking about family or friends, and often about his "little buddy". I will miss him.

My heart goes out to his loved ones.
