Creal Strange Obituary
He retired from Service Transport, and he was a member of the Teamsters Union. Most of all Creal was a giving man who was very proud of his loving family. Creal was born on July 5, 1937, Cave City, KY, to the late Clell and Ruby (Martin) Strange. He was also preceded in death by his, loving wife, Joan Strange; and his son-in-law, Forest D. Snyder Jr.
Creal is survived by his daughters, Vicky Daugherty (Jamie), and Cindy Snyder; grand-sons, Jordan D. Snyder, and Evan D. Snyder. He is also survived by his siblings, James Strange, Thelma Estes (Marion), Harold Strange (Julia), Eldon Strange (Carol), David Strange (Sandy), Bobby Strange (Dorothy), Nancy LaRue (Otis), and Larry Strange (Cathy), in addition he is also survived by his friend, Donna Hunt and many other loving family and caring friends.
Visitation will be from 9:30 am to 4 p.m. Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville). A Funeral Service to honor the life of Creal C. Strange will be held Tuesday at 4 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home-Southwest Louisville Chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.
