Cresencio Cantu Jr. , 45, of Dallas, Texas passed away on July 17, 2014. Cresencio was born in Dallas to Pauline and Cresencio Cantu on February 7, 1969. He will be remembered for his contagious laughter, his love of sports and his impressive skills on the grill. Beloved son, father, brother, grandfather, and friend will be missed by all those he loved.
Cresencio is survived by his grandfather Jesse Alvarez Sr., parents, Pauline and Cresencio Cantu; Daughter; Angela Cantu; Sons (and their wives), Cresencio Cantu III (Magdelena Cantu), Carlos Cantu (Elizabeth Cantu), Jesse Cantu, Joseph Pumpelly; Grandchildren, Leticia Cantu, Andrea Cantu, Isabella Cantu, Evie Nichole Cantu, Carmen Grace Cantu, Abigail Reyna, Audree Reyna, Ruben Reyna, Jr., Anthony Reyna, Adam Reyna, Roman Reyna, Romeo Reyna; sister, Blanca Cantu; brother, Ricardo Cantu and brother-in-law Jeff Schnick II. He is preceded in death by his grandson, Cresencio Cantu IV.
A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 from 4-8p.m. at the Calvary Hill Funeral Home Chapel with a Vigil Service at 6:00p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. and will be followed by Interment at Calvary Hill Cemetery.
