Cruz P. Galvan passed away Saturday, September 12, 2015 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born to Alejandro and Bruna Galvan on May 2, 1950 in Brownville, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alejandro and Bruna Galvan; his brother, Alejandro Galvan, Jr. and his sisters, Margarita Alvarado, Victoria Alvarado, and Hortencia Sauceda. He is survived by his wife, Olivia Galvan; his children, Gabriel Galvan, Gilbert Galvan and his wife, Stephanie, and Yesenia Galvan; his grandchildren, Jasmine, Gilbert Eric, Richard and Andrew Galvan; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He was well loved and will be greatly missed.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at 6:00 pm with a Rosary to begin at 7:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at 12:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Interment to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
