I am SO sorry to hear that Curt passed away!!
My simpathies to Curts family.
Way back in high school we realized that we were birthday brothers. He, of course, was 1 year younger than me.
I always enjoyed talking to Curt the few times that I had a chance.
I remembered being impressed that he was an engineer.
Im sure he will be missed!

Curtis was my friend, at one time in his life I know for sure he was in love with my late dear sister Denise Baier. He often pulled me away to talk and share what was on his mind at times with the majority of the discussion being about my sister. I know when he cared for anything, anything at all he gave it his all. I will never forget the day when I was sitting at the kitchen table at my folks house one Saturday evening right before sunset about 22 -23 years ago. I had just come in from the garden with a t-shirt full of assorted peppers. All kinds bright with gods sunshine, colors of all kinds and shapes. Well I couldnt resist without a second thought when he spoke "ahh peppers ehh" I replied "say the marshmallow size orange ones werent to bad" he snatched that bright orange habanero and popped it right in his mouth and proceeded to chomp away. Within seconds I diddnt know if I should start running or grab the milk and bread. After a short time of him gasping for breath I nursed his taste buds back in check and he was quite alert from then on. The expression of a red head eating a habenerro is priceless forever in my mind.
I love you brother and tears are falling with both sadness and joy knowing Denise will be there to welcome you into his paradise of eternal life. Say hello to my Mom and Dad.
My prayers will be with Keri and all of your family in this time of his passing.
Regards Darren Baier
