Lee was my cousin but we had a closer bond than just that. We have been friends since early childhood and our closeness never ceased even though we had lost contact with one another. We were finally able to reunite about four years ago and got together every September since. I will miss his friendship and our talks about our younger days growing up. I know that he is in good company now and I know that one day we will be together again to continue where we left off. Forever rest in peace my cousin, friend and brother. You will be missed by all that loved you!

I knew 'Lee' as a teenager. Although we went to different schools (LaPlata vs Lackey) and played sports against one another, my home's proximity to Potomac Heights saw me frequent that are many times, in which I interacted with the guys my age there. I will always remember that 'Lee' was one of the guys that always treated me with respect, and as a friend (as did many of the 'Indian Head' guys), and for that, I've always considered 'Lee' as a friend. I regret that the last time I saw 'Lee' was at an funeral memorial for one of my Cousins last year, and I didn't recognize him, or remember him at that time. When it came to me who he was, I felt bad about not having enough time to reminisce with him of those 'olden days'. RIP Lee, and deepest sympathy and sincerest condolences to his family, friends, and loved ones. With a special consideration to Lorena, whom I've known since my early childhood. God bless, be with, and give comfort to all.
