I am so sorry to hear about Cynthia's passing. She was was the first person we met when mom went arrived at Providence house. During my "sleep over visits" with my mother Shirley, we always spent time with Cynthia as well. Cynthia was a dear and interesting woman who always took time to ask about our family. She shared loving stories about her own family and I felt fortunate to meet Marcie and have some little visits with her as well. Cynthia was very warm to my sister Lynne and I and she became a touchstone of Jewish connection and community. When mom arrived at the Hebrew Rehab Center, it was the emotional and joyful reunion with Cynthia that made everything okay. I will always be grateful to her for the relationship she shared with mom and our family. She was a treasure and a gift. May her memory be a blessing always.
