Cynthia Darlene "Cindy" Fowler

Cynthia Darlene Fowler, known affectionately as Cindy, passed away on September 22, 2024, in Orange Park, Florida, at the age of 64. Born on February 15, 1960, in Jacksonville, Florida, Cindy was a proud alumna of Paxon Jr and Sr High Schools.

After our father's passing Cindy went to live with her Aunt Wanda Moon for a short period. Then went on to live with her Uncle and Aunt Rev. James K Pringle and Rev. Rita Pringle through her high school years. Cindy was very popular in School and had many suitors.

Cindy loved to go with her Stepfather Bill Helenbolt in his big rig when he did his night runs delivering baked goods for Marita.

Cindy was introduced to her husband Mike Fowler by her Stepfather William (Bill) Helenbolt. They had three children, Stephanie, Stacey and Garrett. Through Mike's Business Cindy learned to do title work and continued to do so the remainder of her life. Cindy and Mike opened up a used car business with the help of Aunt Rita and Uncle Jim.

Cindy loved spending time with her children as they were growing up along with Kenneth's children niece Jill, nephew Kevin and her Aunt Wanda's children, her cousins, Jennifer, Andy, Angel and Nicholas. She was very close to her brother's wife Mary Taylor and they had known each other since elementary school.

Cindy was proceeded in Death by her parents, Margie Pringle Taylor Helenbolt and Coy William Taylor Sr., her Stepfather William Helenbolt, her brother Kenneth L Taylor. she is survived by her brothers, Coy (Jackie) Taylor, Kevin (Yvonne) Taylor and her sister Debra (Tony) Ozuna, her children Stephanie (Shawn) Humphreys, Stacey Fowler, and Garrett (WIFE) Fowler, niece Jill (Kevin) and nephew Kenneth Jr. and numerous grandchildren.

Cindy's warmth, wit, and kindness will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her. Her legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched.
