Family and friends filled Sherwood Forest crematorium at Boughton, for the service which preceded cremation of Mrs Donna Louise Swan (29), of Bowbridge Road, Newark, formerly of New Ollerton.
Born at New Ollerton and educated at the local Whinney Lane Junior School and Dukeries Community College, Mrs Swan was employed in the customer services department of e.on at Nottingham.
She loved spending time with her family, especially her daughter, Katie.
Mrs Swan, who died at Nottingham City Hospital, leaves her husband, Mr Adam Swan, 23-month-old daughter Katie, her mother, Ms Dawn Briggs, of Lincoln, her father, Mr Paul Briggs, of Sheffield, and her stepmother, Mrs Pauline Briggs.

Floral tributes were from immediate family and donations received were divided between the Special Care Baby Unit and the Oncology Department, both at Nottingham City Hospital.
The service was conducted by Mr D. Baxter, and arrangements were by New Ollerton Co-operative Funeralcare.
