I love you Darling

For this is our day

I'm not with you at this time

Hope time goes fast

So I can be with you

Although words can't quite convey

How much I love you

The joy I felt when you were near

The loneliness when your not here

So may these words somehow impart

The warmest wishes from my heart

And tell you what you know is true

I'll always be in love with you

That Little Gold Rose

Your Eternal Sweetheart

Dale was my grandfather and we were very close, just like my grandmother to him. It has been very hard for the family with the loss of my grandfather, but it is harder for my grandmother I wish her well. I only have one regret with my grandfather death and that is that i didn't tell him enough that I love him, so i'll put it here. Grandpa i love you and i miss you alot, please walk along side and and protect and help us.

Your Final Earthly Walk Darling

Did you Order the Beautiful Blue Sky

I thought

Yes! You know I did for you

Thank You, Darling

Can you see it - Yes

A different Place in which we walked

Are you pleased. Even with a

Weeping Tree

Yes - I'm so Thankful

Family men - My thought - I can see

Darling - They are helping me

I'm so very Grateful

Put Dale, down so very gently

With the Lord's touch - I thought

Kevin our son - with Priesthood Blessed

Mother Earth

In which you will Rest

He's A good Son - I thought

that he is - The Patriach now

Service men standing at Honor

Placing the Flag of Our Nation on your Remains

What Grace I thought - These men of Service

A Salute to a Fallen Soldier

A tug, at my skirt, Mom sit down

It's in Honor of you too

No! you don't understand - It's Our Flag

He Honored too. Stand I will

The least I can do

A 21 Gun Salute - Oh! felt so loud

War - Ie shima - where he was. Oh! Darling

I'm glad that you are here.

Shells handed me. I'll treasure them

Like I will the Flag in which you

Fought for - Freedom - Prayer

You're still protecting me. I thought

Like the Flag folded on my Lap.

I Hold: Oh! so very very tight.

Time stood still for a moment

Quietness - I felt Asking well aren't you - what

Going to say something

That sweet small voice Whispered

Saying: Am I allowed to say a Prayer

You can do anything that you like

Holly and Linda at my Side

Heaven's opened up

A Prayer given from my very inner Soul

Heavenly Father and Our Lord

Priesthood and Blessing's

Temples that Grace this Land

A Living Prophet to guide us.

To keep us and protect us

This Grand Nation in which we live

Give men Wisdom, is asking Thee

A Loving Sweetheart- Husband and Dad

Is Now in Your Hands

Thanking You for All Given

Our Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ

Amen

You asked for Your Flowers to be give in Life

That we have done, with much Love

But for an Extra Little Special Touch.

A Flower placed on you from each of us.

Of your Children, who called you Dad.

Then, by Little one's who played beneath your feet.

Then placed on top a Rose of Red - by me.

For you to see! Yes

We always kept them close to us.

For we all Love you so very very much

I'll miss you deeply. Me too.

Did you ever know that You're My Hero

and Everything I'd like to Be.

You Now can fly highter than an Eagle

And you'll alway's be the Wind

Beneath My Wings

Looking Forward to Eternity With You Darling

With so much Love, that no words can say.

To my Dad,

You taught me how to love you by

The way you loved me;

And by you unseen sustenance,

To see what you could see.

You gave to me through who you were

The gift of what I am.

Your pride in me is now my pride;

Your faith,my caravan.

Your life does not conclude with death,

Nor will it end with mine,

For all the lives I touch, you touch,

And so on through all time.

I will miss your smile and your sense of humor. You came into my life and filled a void with your love and kindness. I will forever love you. Your Daughter, Holly.

I am sorry for your loss. My few and brief encounters with my uncle Dale were short but sweet. It pleases me to know that you both served in the Jordan River Temple. My prayers are with you all.

Death is a blessing in any case. I only wish I'd been given the chance to know you better grandpa. May you rest in peace. I love you!

Dear Mrs. Fenton,

I was looking at the Deseret News web page and saw the obituary on Dale. I worked with Dale at Union Pacific Railroad while we were both at the Store Department at Salt Lake City. I still live in Salt Lake and work for the railroad. Dale was one of the finest persons that I have known or worked with. He was always kind, courteous, and helpful to all those around him. I was a fairly new employee at the time, in 1973, and he was very helpful to me, and made me feel at home in that department.

Your information on Dale was very fascinating, and helped me to better know a fine man.

My warmest condolences to you and your family.

Sincerely yours

Ted L. Feinauer

I only met Mr. Fenton once when a guest in his home overnight. He was very kind and generous and treated me and my father as if we were family.

My heart and prayers go out to your family.
