Dale R. Flores, Jr.

Dale R. Flores Jr., 64, of Treichlers PA, passed away peacefully on the evening of Sunday, April 6, 2025, at 7:01 PM at Muhlenberg Hospital, Bethlehem, Pa.

Born on January 7, 1961, in Allentown, PA, Dale was a proud graduate of both Whitehall High School and Lehigh County Vocational Technical School, class of 1978. He went on to build a life rooted in family, hard work, and a whole lot of laughter.

Dale was the owner of Flores Air Conditioning Inc. in Catasauqua, Pa, a family-run business he led with commitment and care since 2005. He also served on the Catasauqua Fire Department from 1978 to 2008, retiring as Ladder Captain. His leadership and dedication left a lasting impact on the town he loved.

He is fondly survived by his life long partner Jane Berry. His sons; Dale Flores III, wife Kristin (Cave Creek, Az) and Paul Flores, wife Jennica (Gilbert, Az), Step-daughter Cindy Wise (Catasauqua, Pa), He was a proud grandfather to Carson Flores, Cheyenne Flores, Parker Flores, Brayden Flores, Isaiah Berry, Aliyah Berry, and Ethan Wise, and a great-grandfather to Jonah Cazin.

Brother Chris Flores, wife Dawn (Cartersville,Ga) and their children Shelby Bustraan, Calista Flores, and Andrew Flores. Stepbrother Kevin Flores, wife Sandra Brown (Phoenix, Az) and Kevin's children: Steven Flores, Eric Flores, and Kevin Flores Jr. Stepmother Ann Flores (Canton, Ga). Stepfather Jerry Deutsch (Coplay, Pa). Sister in law Lisa Flores, children Wesley Maxwell, Justin Flores, and Patricia Weiss. Uncle Richard Flores, wife Bonnie (Whitehall, Pa).

He was preceded in death by his Father Dale R Flores Sr. 2017, mother Kathleen (Schlicher) Deutsch 2004, and brother Daryl Flores 2009.

Dale lived with his whole heart. He was a die-hard Phillies fan, the king of the grill, and he loved country music, cigars, campfires, and cooking for the people he loved most. His humor was wild, unexpected, and almost always terribly timed-which, honestly, is what made it so perfect. He could catch you off guard with the most outrageous comment, and before you knew it, everyone was laughing.

He showed up for people-not just in words, but in action. Whether it was family, friends, or neighbors, Dale was the one you could count on. He was the heart of his family, the force behind his business, and a steady, respected presence in his community. He was well-loved because he loved well-and we'll carry that with us, always.

He will be deeply and forever missed.
