Our family spends a lot of time in north Ark. Avid fly fishing crew. Due to medical problems and Covid, we haven’t been in several years. But every trip If possible we stay at BRL. Our visits with Dale have always been as much a part as fishing. We were friends for 30 years. We will be up in Gods country in a few days. Will miss our visit. Rest In Peace my friend, and find some great holes to fish.

I can't seem to find the words regarding how I feel about the loss of this man. A true gentlemen who will be missed by all that knew him. He will no doubt be with us in spirit on the river.

Ronna, I just found this out today as I was planning a trip down there with the guys . Jeff, Steve, Todd, John and I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed being with Dale when we visited. We especially looked forward to you bringing the dogs down for an early evenings dip in the river. I better understand our last conversation in August.

Dale left a big mark and will be greatly missed.

I thought I had sent our message the other day after learning the terrible news of Dale's death but it appears not to have been received. So, we'll try again. We met Dale about 20 years ago when he owned the flyshop; An extremely honest and amiable man. His passing is a great loss.

So sorry to hear of Dale's passing. I met him in the late 1980's when i made my first trip to the white river. Dale helped me on fly selections and where to fish over many years. A polite and kind man ... I will miss him. Craig Haddock Mattawan, Michigan

I've known Dale since the mid eighties and first fished with him on the Missouri, Madison and Bighorn in Montana. One of my best memories was when Dale took my 82 year old mother and me on a drift boat fishing the Madison in gale force winds. He was very patient in dealing with us novice fly casters. During the last 15 years or so, the highlight of my fishing calendar was staying at Fulton's Lodge in the spring and fall enjoying Dale "holding court" every morning at breakfast. He was a wealth of knowledge on everything related to fly fishing. I will really miss these times with Dale. Ronna, my thoughts are with you and I hope your many memories of Dale will help you get through this difficult time.

Dale was an incredibly kind person who shared amazing stories. Some of my greatest memories as a child and young adult were made at Fultons lodge. Our thoughts are with you, Ronna.

I was sorry to learn of Dale's passing. The times spent with Dale during my annual Arkansas fishing trip was as memorable as the fishing (sometimes more so). I wish the family peace in this difficult time. Pat
