I had the pleasure of working with Dale as a respiratory therapist. I would sometimes ask him for advise . Always enjoyed that level of expertise that Dale had. Remembered that he was going to write a book , what a book that would of been. Dale had a high level of knowledge on the English language and would of made a good teacher. Loved being around him. Will miss him.

Dale was a great Tenor. He and I were part of the special quartet in the choir. The others were Gary Locke and John Whiteside. I liked him very much and always enjoyed listening to him sing. He was probably one of my best friends at GHS and I miss him very much. May he rest in peace.

Dale and I shared a love of tea and classical music----he would occasionally walk me home from GHS and stay for tea and conversation. My sympathy to the family.

Our deepest sympathy for your loss Denny and I grew up with Dale back in Greenville. Time goes by way to fast and we have lost so many of our class mates who are missed but not forgotten.

I remember this from 4th grade: The teacher asked us all to stand and close our eyes. We were to sit down quietly when we thought a full minute had elapsed. We were all in our seats long before a minute had gone by - all except Dale, who sat down precisely on the one-minute mark. A minute seems like an eternity to a 10-year-old. Now the minutes fly by by the yearful. I was very sorry to hear this sad news.

I am very sorry for your loss of Dale. I knew Dale from high school. GHS class of 1965.
