I want all of you to know how sorry we are for your loss. Dale was a client and I truly enjoyed our conversations that always extended beyond business. I especially looked forward to my few visits to job sites just so I could watch two of the most talented at work and hoping to pick up some knowledge. I trust that all of the happy and fond memories you have of Dale will help you with this difficult time. You will remain in our thoughts.

Jacksonville has lost one one the very best carpenters! A true perfectionist in everything he did. We remember being told when he (and Rich) were remodeling our home, that if Dale Shafer says it can’t be done, then it can’t be done!
We can only hope the many fond memories of Dale will be some comfort to Jean and the family.
Thoughts and prayers are with everyone.

What a wonderful man, he did so much for the community. A true perfectionist with his business I will always be able to look around my home and say Dale Shafer (and Rich) did that, and I love it!

Dale was one of the hardest working gentlemen that we have had the pleasure of knowing. We first met Dale and Jean while members of the Yellow Rockers square dance club. Over the years, we had the pleasure of working along with Dale on various projects. Whatever he did, it was done right and with great dedication. He lived out his faith in all he did.
Our prayers are with you, Jean, and all the family and the hundreds of friends of Dale's. He will be greatly missed by us all. Sincere sympathy.
