I'm proud to say that Dale was my first cousin. I spent a short time with him in September when I was visiting Spooner. He was as friendly and funny and interactive as he had always been. What an absolute sweetheart. My sincere sympathy to Lois, Marie and Evy.

Sincere condolences to all family members. Evy was friend of mine back in jr and sr high. I remember staying weekends on the farm with her and Dale pulling us on hay wagon or whatever there was to pull someplace. Saw him at the restaurant l worked at 10 or so yrs ago in Rice Lake. We recognized each other right away when l came to the table. I am sure he will be greatly missed. Regards, Sandi Bednar

Dear Lois, I've only met you once. I am Marie Lawrence's sister. I road the school bus with Dale, Marie and Evy. As a little girl I thought Dale was just as good looking as Elvis or Rick Nelson. I know he was a good kid and a good man. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. You are blessed with the assurance that you will be with Dale again one day. May God be with you at this very difficult time.
Sincerely,
Jeanette (Peterson) Wey

For no one is abandoned by the Lord forever. Though he brings grief, he also shows compassion because of the greatness of his unfailing love.( Lamentations 3:31-32 )
It has been one of the greatest honors of my life to have known Dale and Lois as friends and confidants.
Dale will surely be missed by many. God bless his family. We love you Lois
