Dameon Alford Obituary
Dameon attended Saginaw High School where he was a member of the National Honors Society and he also participated in track and football. He furthered his education at Delta College, Saginaw Valley State University and LaToya?s to obtain his CNA license. Dameon was employed at Saginaw Geriatrics, Lutheran Home, St. Francis and Hoyt Nursing Home. His many hobbies included playing video games, watching Japanese anime, movies, zodiac/astrology, cracking jokes, writing poetry and watching football. Dameon served in the United States Army receiving medals, badges and citations and an Honorable Discharge. During his military service, Dameon was stationed in South Korea and Germany. He loved Germany the most. He always said it was one of the happiest times in his life. Dameon had a very bright and comical personality. He had the ability to make anybody and everybody laugh. He won over the hearts of all whom he touched. Dameon loved meeting new people and making new friends. His favorite catch phrase was ?bogus!? Then, he would look at you at smile. Dameon will be missed by family and friends who loved him dearly.
He leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Odis Lee Brown and Alice Marie Alford; grandparents, Eddie Lee Alford and Easter Mae Brown; one sister, Allison Victoria Alford-Brown; two brothers, William Donnell Brown and Tyler Jordan Abbey; two nieces, Mia Amari Ringold and Kamille Denia Elise Brown; six aunts, Essie (Samuel) Taylor of Slidell, Louisiana, Pearlie (Wilfred) Moody of Fayetteville, Georgia, Mary Alford, Eileen (John) Robinson and Cassandra Morgan of Saginaw, Michigan, and Frances Ezell of Utica, New York; two uncles, Aaron James Alford and Charles Brown; a host of cousins including Eric, LaKesha, Michael and Chanda Alford, Maury and Tiara Tyus, Kylis, Traccee and Antwoine Brown, Savannah (Adam) Baker, Charles Rogers, Jon (Jessica) McQueen, Felicia and Telicia Farris, Constance and Dale Taylor, Melanie and Natilee Ward and Kesha Robinson; girlfriend, Dynastie Smith; many other relatives and friends including special friends, Joe Thompson and Terry King.
Dameon was preceded in death by this grandfathers, Otha Lee Brown and Ellis Steve Alford, Sr., aunt, Brenda Lee Brown, uncles, Ellis Steve Alford, Jr., John Thomas Brown, Tony Lee Brown, and a cousin, Marvin Lee Farris.
The family would like to express special thanks to Monte Clark and to Ivan E. Phillips and the staff of Paradise Funeral Chapel.

My Alford & Brown family, I am sorry for our lost, my condolences to each of you. As I lift our family to the Lord and praying that God grants us with serenity during this time I will remember cousin Dameon for the jokester that he was. As I remember his jokes they will forever bring joy to my heart and a smile upon my face with hopes that you too will do the same as that is what he would have wanted...so cry for now if you must but have joy in knowing that we all will see him again...I love you with my whole heart God bless you all.
