In memory of
Benjamin L Hall Jr
June 25, 2024
Damon and his siblings were our West Coast first cousins. The few times we interacted it was through the strong family connections between my mom, Larry´s sister Therese (Nee Theresa) and Larry and Emma. They would visit our home on Martha´s Vineyard and we would occasionally make our way to Fremont. I remember Damon and Daniel helping Larry and Emma to find a perfect house in Livermore right near a wine grower. Before that was at the BV warehouse where the guys were helping Larry. Then there was the times I was visiting Larry and Emma in Fremont while on a wine buying trip and in the from Japan arrived Nina and her husband and children. Damon was such a happy and positive force. I´ve made a donation to pancreas.org in his memory. Luv all you McKinnons! Ben

"My journey is the easy one. I have my faith and a fair amount of certainty that the time we have in our lives is but a blip on the timeline of eternity. It´s the train wreck a life cut short leaves behind that needs mending."
My sweet brother-in-law... it´s been tough to acknowledge this huge void left in our lives. Damon was genuine, kind, funny, compassionate and a man with a solid faith. He loved everyone, including the many children he adopted and supported in third-world countries thru the mail! Our hearts are shattered and we miss him immensely, but we are so grateful to have had him in our lives.
