Damon Reeves Obituary
Serving in the Army for 1.5 years, Damon was stationed in Alaska, where he embraced the challenges and responsibilities with the dedication and courage that those who knew him would expect. His commitment to his duties reflected his caring nature, which he extended generously to both his comrades and loved ones.
Damon is survived by his mother, April Holden; maternal grandparents, John Yancey and Carmen; maternal great-grandparents, Jerry Yancey and Kathy; along with a host of other relatives who will miss him deeply. Described by those who knew him as a very caring son, friend, and soldier, Damon's legacy is marked by the love and strength he shared with those around him.
At this time, there are no memorial services planned. Damon's family appreciates the condolences and asks that their privacy be respected during this difficult time.

I got to know Damon via Xbox, a lot of good times together with him & the bunch of friends we had. Will remember you always buddy; hope you´re at peace now.

I had the privilege of going through OSUT with Damon. One moment I´ll never forget is me being on FaceTime with my family and him coming into the background of my FaceTime call and just screaming like a lunatic. It was one of the funniest things because my parents were confused and I was laughing but I told them that´s just Damon. Damon always had a way to make you laugh or smile

My first memory of damon was as a baby. As the big cousin I helped change his diapers and feed him. He was always sweet, loving, and quiet. He never had anything bad to say about anyone. A gentle loving soul and he will be forever missed.
