Sue & Family,
Words can not express how sorry I was to hear of Dan's passing. A good man taken too soon. I fondly remember our Rustad days and although I was initially very intimidated by his large stature. I soon found out that he was a man of integrity and not so gruff as he appeared. My sincerest condolence's.

Sue, Bruce and Erin,
I am so very sorry and saddened to hear the news of the passing of Dan. Dan was an amazing man who I adored and was proud to work with. While he portrayed a toughness that was intimidating to some, the tender side that you spoke of was his greatest attribute. The love of his family was first most, and his loyalty was second to none. My heart goes out to all of you - Sue you were his light, his love, and his very being.
I had a speech prepared (for years - probably since Jim retired) for when he was going to retire. But in typical Dan style, he retired before I could give it. Touche Dan, touche.
RIP my friend.
