I had the pleasure of knowing Dan & his nice parents through his brother & my friend Dale. To his wife Beverley, siblings Bonnie, Carl & Paul please accept my belated condolences for you & your extended family. Sincerely ,

I knew Dan and Bev in the last few years of Dan's life. I saw a very tender and compassionate relationship between the two. Bev gave Dan everything he might possibly need to feel companionship. I feel Dan is still around now with you Bev giving any support you need, as you did him. My condolences to you and all Dan's close family and friends.

Dan and I had careers that ran a parallel course in the 1980's, except he seemed to succeed at some things I gave up on. But he was so charming when I finally met him in person that it was impossible to do other than applaud his successes, and I enjoyed the times we worked together. He was always there when things were tough with gentle humour and support,the offer of a ride, or a ticket to a concert. A truly good person, he will be missed.

I first met Dan at a conference in Washington State in the 1990's. He had a good sense of humour and was able to speak with people on a wide range of topics. A good guy.
