Dan Shrader

Over the years, I noticed some guys have very special qualities. I call it qualities of the `good guys´. Some of these qualities are:
respectful, responsible, kind hearted, thoughtful, joyful, supportive, shows empathy, warm, loyal, gentle, builds others up, integrity, honesty, sense of humor. Interestingly, these qualities are similar to the fruit of the spirit: love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
Pretty cool to have similar qualities of the holy spirit!
Being a good guy is one of the rarest qualities you can find in a person. Dan was one of the `good guys´! Dan is leaving the best legacy because his sons are `good guys´ too!

Patty and I pass our Deepest Sympathy to Mary and family. Always enjoyed Dan's company. He was full of energy and fun to be around. Always remember our wonderful times at Bridgewater.He will be missed.

Dan was an absolute joy to spend time chatting with where we worked together at FirstService. I very much appreciated our conversations, his insights and perspective, and of course his great smile. He always looked for the positive and had a unique ability to relate to those around him and just make you feel good. Dan will be missed and my heart goes out to his entire family. Deepest Sympathy & Fond Memories!

I worked with Dan at FirstService. He was always the first to arrive then I would be the second. In that ime before others arrived, we had great conversations about the craziness of property management and my impending retirement. He had a great sense of humor and was so easy to talk to. He was dedicated to bringing the communities he managed to a better place. Hugs and prayers to Dan´s family and friends. He will be sorely missed.

I remember a fun conversation I had with Dan, talking about several businesses he was involved in but then transitioning to married life and what that was like (I was recently engaged). He was so excited for me. He was very thoughtful and a deep thinker, I always enjoyed a chat with him. He will be missed by many.

I always enjoyed Dan and his enthusiasm for life and great sense of humor. He will be missed by many.

I only knew Dan for a little over a year - he was the property manager for our HOA and I was a very new President. During that time his big heart helped this novice grow while dealing with a variety of situations. I'll miss talking with him, and learning from him. My deepest condolences to Mary and his family - Dan's loss leaves a big hole.
