With my sincerest condolences, I pray for peace and serenity for the soul of Dana and comfort for the entire Berg Family.
My memories of Dana are all wonderful and many. When I think back on our neighborhood, I am filled with such fondness and pride. Dana, was of course part of this beauty. He was older than many of us and as such, he joined the military before everyone else. But, many of our neighborhood joined up once we saw Dana return. It was as though he had blazed the trail for all of us.
May Almighty God welcome and embrace Dana as he once again blazes the trail for all who knew him.
With my most heartfelt compassion I implore you Father to look upon our Brother, Son, Friend and Neighbor with gladness and mercy.
It seems fitting that Dana would be called home on the 4th of July.
Sincerely, Thomas F. Wakefield, RLTW
