Our paths crossed at Notre Dame in the early 70's. A teacher, a coach, a mentor and a wry smile. Miss ya Bish.

In memory of a wonderful person, a good friend, a coach, and an educator, who had a positive impact on all those he met. May the love he had for his family carry you through this difficult time. Bish will be greatly missed, May he Rest In Peace.

Sympathy to all of Dan's family. I remember Dan well when he was Principal of St. Michael Catholic Secondary School in Stratford and I worked at the Board Office in Dublin. He and his Vice-Principal Mike Boniface were quite a team.

My deepest condolences to the Bishop family...Bish was my HS football coach and vice principle at Notre Dame...He was a fair and encouraging coach and mentor...I will always remember him as a fiery football coach who loved what he did...not only coaching football but as an educator.

What a beautiful obituary for such a deserving person. My Gr.9 homeroom was opposite his home room. Every day without fail before classes would begin he made a point of greeting every single person by name with a huge smile and engaging in conversation when possible. He had a special way of making his students feel special. He will definitely be missed by so many.

My heart goes out to the family of Danny Bishop. He was a part of the memory I have for Notre Dame. From football to numbers, to leadership he had it all. Class of '73

Bernice and the Bishop Family. So sorry to hear of Danny´s passing. I was fortunate to have been in his class at ND in the late `70´s. I remember him as a great teacher who cared about his students. I also recall Mrs Bishop working at the school as well. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

So sad to hear this condolences Bernice and family. Danny was a great teacher and coach. My Dad Patsy enjoyed the years he helped with the Jr. Baseball team in Welland.

Bish was one of the best. I will always remember him as a dedicated teacher, a determined football coach and a joy to be around. He will be missed!
