Daniel Caldwell Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Mar. 9, 2024.
Daniel "Danny" Ray Caldwell, age 64, of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on March 8, 2024, in Pembroke Pines, FL. He was born on January 27, 1960.

Danny had a love for being outdoors, gardening, and feeding his birds and squirrels. His yearly vacation to Daytona Beach was a cherished tradition where his rendition of "Born to be Wild" could often be heard. He was passionate about Nascar and Dale Earnhardt. In his later years, his greatest joy came from spending time with his family especially his 5 grandkids, engaging in activities like playing with matchbox cars and watching kids' shows, always with a smile on his face.

Danny is survived by his wife, Tina Caldwell, his daughters Brandie (husband Michael) and Mindy (husband Bobby), his brother David (wife Kelly), his sister Brenda (husband Michael), and his 5 beloved grandkids: Bailey, Tanner, Jackson, Greyson, and Fischer. He was preceded in death by his father Kenneth Caldwell, his mother Phyllis (Martz) Caldwell, and his brother Steven Caldwell.

Danny had a fulfilling career as a printer at ABC Distributing, and later as a pool technician.

As per Danny's request, a memorial service will not take place at this time. The family extends a special thanks to the doctors and nurses in the ICU and CCU at Memorial Hospital Miramar and Regional.

The Joseph A Scarano Funeral Home in Pembroke Pines, FL, is assisting with the cremation arrangements. In lieu of a donation, planting a tree is welcomed.

I remember Danny playing with Brandie when she was just a toddler. I also remember his huge smile. My condolences and love to all of you.
