DANIEL GOJSOVICH Obituary
82, of South Side, on Saturday, October 19, 2013. Beloved husband of Rosalie (Yankus) Gojsovich; father of Duane (Kerry Price) Gojsovich, Steven (Sue) Gojsovich, and Gary Gojsovich; grandfather to Drew, Cole and Sage Gojsovich; brother to Donna Gojsovich Belda; preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Mildred Gojsovich; son, Daniel S. Gojsovich; and sister, LaVerne Roston. Daniel was the owner of South Side Tire Co. for 40 years. He was a veteran of the Army and a member of the F&AM Masonic Lodge #743. Friends received at the CIESLAK & TATKO FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2935 Brownsville Rd., Brentwood, 412-881-2300 on Tues. 5-8 p.m., Wed. 1-3 and 5-8 p.m., and Thurs. 10 a.m. until time of Service at 11 a.m. A Pomen Service will be held at 7:30 on Wed. at the Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be on Thursday, October 24, 2013 at 11 a.m. in Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Cathedral. Interment will follow at St. Georges Cemetery. We have so many happy memories of our friendship over the years (double-dating, weddings, babies, Saturday night get-togethers, going to the farm, etc). Our families were so close. I am the nephew of Milan Yovetich who owned Spec's Amoco. Milan passed away on August 30th of this year. I worked for my uncle and became friends with Danny. This seems to be the year that we are losing the "good guys" who were staples to the community. He will be missed by many. May his memory be eternal. May the good Lord bless your family.
