Daniel Andrew Hames

So very sorry to hear about Dan's passing. I have been out of town and just read the news in Woodbridge Life.
Dan was a softball buddy on the Blue Team for several years and I just thought the world of him. So kind and considerate!

Denise, Cynthia and Family,
Our hearts are with you in the passing of your dad. We have wonderful memories of your dad and grandfather. We always knew we had an advocate and mentor in the HUHS office. He had a great smile and loved all of you immensely. He loved sharing what all his grandchildren were up to and you could see his love for all of you in the twinkle in his eyes as he spoke. He will be greatly missed by all of us.

My prayers are with your family. May you find comfort at this difficult time. He was a great influence and inspiration to many students.

I was fortunate enough to know both Dan & Pauline & even babysat the two girls. What a wonderful family. I worked with Pauline in the resource center & knew Dan as a teacher, both were a great influence to me, may they RIP

What a wonderful man your father was, always with a smile and warm handshake. I remember sitting on the floor in his HUHS office sorting through all the athletic pins my senior year. He made me feel that my job was important. God bless you as you walk through this stage. Love Judy

Dan was a true gentleman, a good teacher, and an excellent administrator. He and Pauline were valued members of the Hughson community and Dan will be missed. I have a lot of respect and admiration for him. My sincere condolences to his family

Cynthia and Denise, I am so sorry. If it were not for your dad I probably would not have made it through high school after the passing of my dad. He was a great support and mentor for me. He will always be one of my favorite people.

We were blessed to know Dan and spend Christmas Eve with him and his family for many years. Truly a wonderful human being and friend to all. He will be missed. God Bless his family.
