Daniel Jourdan Obituary
He was a lifetime member of Riverbend and the Owls, where he was past president, and a member the Eagles and AmVETS. He served in the US Army and was stationed in Germany. He graduated from Reitz High School and was an Arthur Murray dance instructor.
Daniel was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Ruby Lee Brown; brother-in-law, John M. Schroeder; and nephew, Thomas Jourdan.
He is survived by his brother, Harold E. (Sonya) Jourdan; sister, Mary Jane Schroeder; several nieces and nephews; and longtime companion, Cecile Goodwin.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Monday, December 29, 2014, at Alexander West Chapel, with burial in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit Sunday from 2:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.

Danny joined our family many years ago as a dear friend of Mother's. He enjoyed taking her on short trips and helping her. He is loved by all of us and will certainly be missed by the Goodwin family.
Danny was a special man in our lives for too short of a time, but is now resting in Jesus' arms.
