I am sorry and disappointed that I didn't get to meet and know Danny while he was alive. He sounds like a fun and interesting guy to share a beer with and listen to his stories. RIP Danny.

As I sit here tonight, I think about life. I think about my life and the lives of my children and my grandchildren. I think about the day that I said I do to my bride. Danny got up , went about his normal routine like we all do. Dan thought about what needed to be done for this weeks Men's Club Breakfast. WHY? ... Because that's who he was. Tomorrow is not guaranteed. Tell you bride, your children and your grandchildren that you love them with all your HEART. Danny, we have a Men,s Club Breakfast coming up this Sunday and I will need your help to get through this one because it won't be the same. GOD SPEED MY FRIEND...................................

You know, I didn't even know his name, but whenever I saw him at the fish fry or the festival at church, or ushering, he always had a smile and always welcomed you in. I always saw him busy and so involved with St. Malachy. If only more people could be like him. Rest In Peace.

Evelyn and I extend our sympathy to Helen and Danny's children and sisters as we know they will miss him greatly.
As a cousin Danny and the Kurzawski family and us go back along time, starting back to my uncle Frank and aunt Margret family gatherings at their home on the corner of Buffalo and Lance Streets in Detroit northeast side in the early 1950's. Through out the years, Danny and I met many times either by accident in public places or on purpose at family parties I enjoyed listening, talking, and laughing about his many experiences in the Navy; working at the Chrysler Mound Road Engine Plant; and how much, after retirement, he enjoyed driving for Penske transporting vehicles too various states; and organizing and working Saint Malachy Catholic Church fares.
Sometimes many years would past before Danny and I would bump into each other at a family gathering or in some other public place: One of our strangest was in the late sixties Skiing' in a heavy winter snow storm at a place called Pine Nob when we physically bumped [crashed] into each other on a mogul. What was more amazing! We were the only two on the hill. As we each dusted the snow off he gets up and said Hi Ralph, long time no see.
Another chance meeting was [2016] last year while attending a membership meeting of the American Polish Century club. To my surprise, who walked into the club too become a member was the easily recognizable Danny [and wife Helen].
Our last meeting would occur in August 2017 I had the chance to sit down at the club with both Danny and Helen and their friends for a fine polish dinner. Danny was his usual happy self, funny and enjoying the company of his friends. We will sadly miss Danny.

Dear Helen and Family: How saddened Sharon and I were to hear the passing of Danny. There was never a more friendly, helpful, or happy person than Danny. He will leave an empty spot in all of our lives. All of our love to Helen and your Family.

Uncle Danny was the best. He could always light up the room, always had the energy. I'll never forget when he jumped and did a half split in the air and landed in the same position on the floor at Cindy's Wedding. :) He always made you smile, and always loved to joke. He was very silly, a big kid who always brought a smile to my face every time we were together. He will be dearly missed.

Dear Helen and family.. no words can express our deepest sympathy and sadness. Danny was one of a kind. Our best memories were spent with him at the festival. Always willing to help and always figuring out a way to solve each problem. He would call me "Blondie" getting a chuckle out of me everytime! Rest in peace Danny, you will be so very missed.
