Daniel M. Lefman

Today would have been Danny's 28th birthday and it's days like today that make missing him that much harder. This day will always be a special day for me to remember all of our great times together and celebrate him as the man who meant so much to me and to so many others. I miss his laughter and his smile so much today.

To the Lefman Family,

I'm an old friend who worked with Danny at Salem Radio a few years ago. I was trying to get back in touch with him. I was shocked and deeply saddened when I ran into this listing online. He was a great guy and we had a lot of great times together. He was a gifted man and a sincere and true friend. I remember him sitting in the DJ booth during the Irish music hour and having me as a pretend caller. We would laugh for hours! I am so sorry. I still can not believe he's gone.

You use to tell me I was your "Jewish Wife" and that your grandparents would love me. I will never forget when I met you at Potomac Pizza, your smile so big. I will miss you so much.

Like all of Danny's friends, I too felt like he was a sibling of mine. Through the seven years that Danny and I knew each other we grew so close. From him helping me with my computer, to me helping him with his algebra, from snowboarding in Vermont, to road trips across New England, to fishing at Plum Island and dining at Michael's Harbor Side in Newburyport, I am truly blessed to have had Danny in my life. I, like everyone, miss Daniel every single day. God bless his family and friends and may his memory live on in perpetuity and be honored for the kind, caring and great man that he was..

I pray that where ever Danny is now he is in the arms of a million angels who are also watching over and healing the hurt of the Lefman family.

although i haven't seen dan in a while i'll always remember he and i going tic- for tac in class making everyone laugh. an altogether nice guy and great loss for those he has touched in his lifetime. I pray for the lefman family and will have you guys in my heart.

Like so many others, I can still hear Danny's laughter and remember how it filled the room. He was so kind and so thoughtful that; even if his humor didn't make you smile (though I don't know how it couldn't), his nature did. He touched so many lives, so effortlessly. He will certainly be missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Lefmans and all of Danny's friends.

Danny and I went to Middle and High School together. He was a great friend and I will miss him dearly. May he Rest in Peace.

My condolences go out to the entire Lefman Family on your loss. I grew up with Danny from elementary all the way to high school. He was a great guy with a great outlook on life. He will be deeply missed. Rest in Peace Danny.

To the Lefman Family , I'm so sorry for your Loss, I worked with Danny at Salem Radio Boston. and he always made me laugh! he would always try to practice spanish with me, and he did a very good job! he will be missed,I will always remember Danny as that fun,charming,loving person that he was.

"I'm going to be famous!" Danny once said to me. You are right, Danny. You will always be a legend to us all. You were the life to the party, the loudest laughter heard in the room, the energy that fed all the merriment. You shoved room for yourself in a lot of people's hearts. And your room in mine will never be vacant just because you're gone. Everyone's right on here...you are loved and will always be missed.

I had some wonderful times with Danny in Boston. He was kindhearted, sincere, and of course, funny. In particular, the way he used to get me laughing during Super Bowls, regardless of what was happening in the game... made it clear that time spent with friends is one of the most important things in the world. I'll always remember that.

I will always remember the day you married my brother and his wife (Ben and Gabe). You did a great job - we laughed, we cried, and we laughed again! Your charisma was absolutely amazing. Thank you for always being such a great friend to my brother and my family. You will never be forgotten.

Danny was such a fun guy who everyone loved being around... I loved working with Danny because he made me laugh so much that the time always flew by. Danny is loved by many and will greatly missed. My heart goes out to Briana and the rest of the Lefman family.

Danny, I will always remember your singing throughout elementary, middle and high school. You always made me laugh and I cant picture my childhood without your bright energy.

Thanks for looking out for me in Boston. You were in some ways the older brother that I never had. The memories of you and how you made me laugh are endless. I'm sorry we grew apart once I left...even if it didn't seem like it, you were always in my thoughts. I know that you are in a better place now and can finally rest. Knowing that will all keep us all moving forward. Your charisma and energy is something we all admired. Your love and passion is something we will never forget. Your life will serve as an inspiration to us, your closest friends. You are greatly missed.

Danny, although your life was cut short it is amazing the number of souls you touched while you were on this Earth. You are always in my heart and I will miss you greatly...until we meet again.

Danny's services were on Tuesday, they shut down 95 to give him a proper ride to the cemetery - Danny would have loved that.

I will always remember Danny as a kind, loving guy who cared deeply about his family, took care of his friends, and had a knack for making me laugh. I'm still not sure how to say goodbye.

I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Dan at REIT and hung out with him a few times outside of work and it was always a fun time. Dan was a great song writer and guitar player and a fun guy to play rock band with. I am so sorry to hear of his passing he will be missed.

Hey everyone, I was Dan's neighbor who lived upstairs from him last year. I'll never forget the day that we were getting a new fridge/freezer in our apartment and for some reason, I told Dan and he insisted that we store all our food in his fridge/freezer until our new one was set up. He even insisted on carrying all the heavy boxes downstairs for me, and then carried them back up a couple days later when our fridge/freezer was set to be used. I didn't know Dan all that well, but that simple act just goes to show what a nice person he was.

To the entire Lefman family,
I will always remember Danny as an incredibly gifted young man. We was so very witty, with such an infectious sense of humor. He was a born comedian! He was also sensitive and thoughtful. My daughters and I have such fond memories of his laughter at Jones Lane ES and beyond. We are so very sorry for your loss. You are in our thoughts and prayers. We hope you take comfort in the fact that many people loved him.

It was a true pleasure to have known and worked with Danny in Boston Radio. I'll always remember him as being energetic, curious and fun. Danny loved his family. When you spoke with Danny about his Grandparents, you could sense the love and admiration he had for them and all they've been through. He cherished the time he spent with his Father, Brother and Sister. This is very difficult to even imagine he's physically gone. It was all too short. I'll miss ya buddy.
