Dan is survived by his wife, Gracie Lorenzen, two daughters, Heather (Jonathan) Menendez and Jennifer(Raymond) Rossetti, a sister, Le (William) Meyer, and five grandchildren. A private celebration of life is being planned for a later date.

Dan was the best brother a girl could have. He always was there to lend a helping hand when we lived closer to one another. Even though we lived about a thousand miles from one another during most of our adult lives, we always talked on the phone. Dan could make me laugh. I miss him.
