Dan was a great neighbour and friend, I was neighbours with Dan and Martha from 88 to 91.

What started as an argument, which was my fault, ended in friendship, that was our introduction to one another. Yelling at each other one minute then sitting in his living room socializing and having fun the next. He turned a conflict in to a friendship.

I would spend alot of time in his home with him and Martha talking and laughing etc.

Dan and his wife helped me through some tough times as well, perhaps without even being aware.

I haven’t seen Dan since we lived beside each other, but he has given me such good fond memories.

I have never been so close to any neighbours as Dan and his wife. I haven’t seen or heard from him in 30 years but I still keep these strong memories of him. That says alot of his strength and character.

Thank you Dan for being my friend and neighbour and you’ll always be remembered by me.

Good times and great memories that I will always keep.

Thank you Mr. Moffat.

Martha, Greg and family

Dan was my parents neighbor and therefore we've had the pleasure of knowing him for many, many years. He was always smiling and making jokes. He loved Martha very much and everyone could see that clearly in the way he treated her. My daughter, Stella has also had the pleasure of knowing him and would make sure to give him her daily high fives and fist pumps. We we will both miss him dearly. May you now rest in peace Dan, we'll all take very good care of Martha for you

Love Annemarie and Stella xoxo
