Daniel A. Ray

We were saddened to hear about Dan he was a great guy. My parents liked him like a son and always look forward to seeing you two.our condolences to you and family.

Mary Graham: I'm so sorry to hear about Dan. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dan and I had a regular golf outing a few years back, and he was always a fine sportsman and great companion. I was very saddened to hear of his passing.

Dan Ray was wonderful individual, very knowledgeable sports authority, gregarious, kind, and "Ray" of hopefulness. A year younger than he and his twin Don, we grew up together in Shelby NC. He and Don loved sports and were talented and highly competitive.Great neighborhood kids who were always ready to show up at the City Park for basketball or school grounds for a baseball game.

I saw him (@YMCA) often after we both graduated from NCSU. We talked of playing golf and such but now I lament that we didn't have that time.

I pray that all of his family and friends will be comforted, drawn to, and redeemed by our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

I just saw him a few days ago. We worked together at Seth Jones restaurant in the seventies. RIP!

Wow, seeing Dan's name takes me backward over many years. I wish for Dan's soul eternal rest and perpetual light. Mary Graham, my thoughts are with you. Margaret, I can not leave you out of my best thoughts. You and Dan were part of my landscape for many moons. Love and grace to all...Henni
