Daniel J. Reilly, Jr., a loving and devoted husband, father, son, brother, son-in-law, nephew, uncle, and cousin died on Monday, September 13, 2010 in Montgomery Hospital, Norristown, PA. Mr. Reilly, age 40, was the husband of nine years to Camille M. (nee Delliponti) Reilly of Norristown. Born on June 28, 1970 in Norristown, Daniel was a son to Daniel J. and Linda (nee Shrader) Reilly, Sr. of Limerick, PA and was employed by Greene Tweed in Kulpsville, PA as manufacturing technician. A graduate of Norristown Area High School, Daniel played football for Norristown and for St. Francis of Assisi School as a youngster and baseball with the Norristown Little League. An avid fisherman, his hobbies included fishing, making fishing lures, boating, woodworking, and hunting. He greatest enjoyment in his life were his love for his wife and children, but trips every weekend in the summer to Brigantine, NJ for fishing, boating and swimming also gave him great pleasure. Daniel was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church, Norristown, the Souderton-Harleysville Fish and Game Club, Great Swamp Fish and Game Club of Quakertown, and the Stoney Creek Anglers Club, Norristown. Besides his wife and parents, surviving is his daughter Hannah age 5 and his son Jacob age 22 months. His sister Carol A. Reilly-Strickland and husband Floyd of Norristown, his uncle Joseph Thomas Reilly and his aunt Linda P. Reilly of Harleysville, his 2 nieces Moranda Reilly and Marissa Strickland also survive him along with additional extended family members. Relatives and friends are invited to share in Daniel’s “Life Celebration� at the Boyd-Horrox Funeral Home of East Norriton, PA, 200 West Germantown Pike, (1-800-GIVNISH) on Sunday evening, September 19, 2010 from 6-8 PM and again at the funeral home on Monday, September 20th from 9-10:15 AM. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM Monday in St. Francis of Assisi Church, West Marshall and Hamilton Streets, Norristown. Burial will be in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, East Norriton. In lieu of flowers, the family would greatly appreciate memorials for the benefit of the Reilly children being made c/o Camille Delliponti-Reilly, 4 Arbour Court, Norristown, PA 19403. Daniel who was a funny and witty person will be greatly missed not only by his family but also by his many friends and co-workers. www.lifecelebration.com
