RENAUD, Daniel Joseph
Age 65, of Stoney Pointe, died Friday evening while surrounded by his family. Dan was born July 21, 1949 to the late Raymond and Marie Renaud in Windsor, Ontario. Loving husband of Adrienne (Dee) Renaud, he was proud big brother to Roger, Cathy, Theresa, Rachel and Blaise. He is survived by his children Nichole and Danny and grandchildren; Mark, Paulina and Allison. A retired mechanic with the City of Windsor, Dan spent his days enjoying life with Dee and friends in "The Garage." Dan's life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by him understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. He openly stated many times that he "loved life." At his request, no service will be held BUT in keeping with his true spirit, he asked that his friends and family hold a celebration of his life; arrangements entrusted to

It was 50 years since I had the opportunity to talk and laugh with my old friend and former server as an altar boy.
I wish I could have done more for Dan.

I'm so sad to hear of Dan's passing. Dan was a good friend during our high school years. Dan was kind enough to be the best man at Irene and mine wedding. We will cherish those times had with our friend.

To Dee, my aunts and uncles and my brother, I am truly sorry for your loss and I love you all very much.
From myself and my family thank you so much for those that assisted my dad, we are truly grateful for that.

I did not know Dan but I am on the board @ the SPSC. At our last meeting we discussed his generosity towards the club. I was out on the patio on the Saturday where some learned of his death and I saw grown men cry. That says a lot about who he was. RIP Sir!

I am so sorry to hear of Dan's passing,
he was a great man, loved the stories he used to tell. it was so nice when we used to spend time with him.He was always making people laugh and easy to be around.
He will never be forgotten.
