The Lawlor's send our sympathies and condolences to the family.

I was saddened to hear of Dan's passing. I will remember him fondly from the Park Plaza. Always with a smile and kind words. There were many of us who frequented the Park Plaza Lounge as there was always a wonderful band to dance to or a wonderful entertainer to listen to. Many happy memories. My deepest sympathy to all the family.

Dear Alice & family. Please accept our condolences for your loss. We enjouyed many years with the Royers, both socially, & in business ventures such as providing Charter Coaches for Dan's Ball Team, then later as partners in "OPERATION PHAISONS", the Pincher Creek Area Ranch "GATES SAWMILL", and the summer excursions for groups from France & Belgium on Tours from Calgary & Vancouver over the Canadian Rockies. Catherine & me made it a point to have weekly fillet mignon dinners Friday evenings at your Park Plaza Restaurant.
You & Dan raised a phenominal family of which I'm sure will carry on the legends you created for them. Love from my family to yours, Stephen F. Kotch Jr.

We always enjoyed Uncle Dan's company. He was so insightful, inspiring and encouraging. I loved listening to his life stories. I will never forget his positive approach to life and his smiling face. He will be missed.

Alice, Vic and the rest of this great Royer clan. So many wonderful memories of my friendships with all of you. Dan was a great guy to be around. Our time "on and off the ice" was so much fun.

I knew Dan through his son's Greg and Randy. Although it has been 40 years I remember Dan as a kind and giving man that worked well with his sons in providing them with the encouragement and help to make them successful in life. Dan was a man that I admired and respected. He will be remembered for all the good he did in his life and the contributions he made to his family.
