Daniel J. Shadle Sr.

My husband Jim went to high school with Dan and we both are friends of the Shadle family. We have the privilege of being close to Cindy. Our breakfast club friends call her a "treasure". We send our warm thoughts to the entire family.

Our sincere condolences to the Shadle family on the loss of Dan. We have known the Shadle's for years, even babysat Dan, Sarah, Elizabeth, Katherine and Joseph when they were young. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

When I first met Danny we connected as friends. We helped each other at work, we cheered each other up on down days.We shared alot of the same interests in hobbies...He was my friend, he made me laugh with his funny humor..."Well Gale", he would say to me in this funny joking tone & we would both burst out laughing almost in tears. We had trust within our hearts that we could count on each other whenever needed.
Danny was a friend that only some people dream about...I was so lucky to have met him.
Danny, forgive me, I tried so hard to find you after you moved from your house.
I will never forget you...I Love You so much my friend, always will.

We are so sad to hear of Dan's passing, he was such a good guy. His children and family are in our thoughts and prayers.

I knew Dan from growing up in Marengo. The last couple of years we kinda reconnected and I enjoyed his company.I will miss him. My condolences go out to his family. His memorial service brought back fond memories and in his memorial card the poem say's it all. I am Free
