Sorry, Wylie that I got your name wrong! It's that country song, you probably know it. My condolences to you Wylie & Willow!

Pru,
I remember the time you came to KS as an infant, with your dad, mom & grandparents. I didn't see you again, until your Grandma's (Dorothea Teter Koheler) funeral. I was the one that wanted a photo of you and your dad. As you sat there on the steps, I said, "Act like you love each other, even if it's for a photo." But it was the beginning of reconciling with your dad, aunts & uncles. I had the pleasure of conversing with you regarding family history & genealogy over the years. Trying to locate your siblings on your dad's side. It was great to talk and to watch you grow! Your marriage, 2 step children whom you adored & loved with passion. I could hear it in your voice, see it in your actions on how proud you are of both of them. God bless your family, during this time. Waylon (yes, I butchered it - sorry) & Willow will miss you terribly along with their dad. But they will have the best memories of you!

I was honored when Pru, my sister and her boyfriend Jason surprised me while running the Chicago marathon to cheer me on.

It has been a long time since I seen Pru, but remember her beautiful smile. She always smiled. My favorite memory is when I came back to Hagers Bend for a New Year´s party and Pru loved my boots. She kept telling me how much, so I gave them to her. I wore my socks all night. The funniest part is that they were a little tight on her, but she made them work and looked great on her.
