Danny Bustamante Obituary
Danny Bustamante Jr., entered into eternal rest Sunday, January 6, 2013 at Christus Santa Rosa Children's Hospital in San Antonio, TX. He was survived by his mother Danielle Valadez, Father Danny Bustamante, Brother Felix Galvan Jr., Sisters Brianna and Alexis Bustamante, Grandfather Daniel R. Valadez, Aunt Yolanda Valadez, Cousin Joe Albert Hernandez Jr, Uncle Daniel E. Valadez Jr. and wife Monica, Cousins Daniel III and Desirae Valadez, Grandmother Mary and Uncles Jimmy and John Bustamante, half-brother Jon Daniel. He will be remembered for his big heart warming smile, and his strong will to live, he was a fighter and fought till the end. Danny Jr. overcame all obstacles of doctors only giving him hope to live till the age of two. Danny Jr. struggled 12years with his disabilities of cerebral palsy, seizure disorder, blindness and being a quadriplegic. Danny Jr. (Our papi chulo) was unable to speak yet he touched many hearts and lives with his precious smile. Jesus blessed all of us with Danny Jr., 12 wonderful years that will be remembered and missed by all who were apart of his life. Visitation will begin Wednesday, January 09, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd., visitation will continue Thursday, January 10, 2013 at 9 a.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. . A funeral procession will depart the funeral home, Friday, January 11, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. mass at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church. Interment to follow in San Fernando Cemetery III. I never got a chance to meet Danny, but heard lots about him through Javier. I commented a pic he had posted. He had such a great smile, full of life. I lost a loved one very close to me, months ago, my mother. No words can change or comfort the family but knowing that a community can come together for this little angel. There isn't a day that doesn't go by that I don't think of my mother. I celebrate her life and find comfort that she isn't suffering anymore and she isn't in pain. Danny will be missed but never forgotten. Celebrate his life. I will pray that the family will find the strength to make it through this. Comfort each other. My condolences.
