My deepest sympathy to GAW family, I know Danny since he was in Thailand and follow me to Canada, when their kids still yound we always have family gathering, after the kids grow up we are both busy with our business but we still have time to talk in Thai. He is my good friend and I will miss him a lot, peopel said "the good die young" yes he is one of the good one, god will look after Danny well up in the heaven.

Danny's leadership in community work is a shinning example of how we all should be learning from , contribute to build a better community. I served under him as his treasurer at the Sun Yat Sen Garden Society. I definitely learnt a lot from observing his style and dedication. Thanks Danny. You will be missed.

From time to time, as in Danny's case, God takes in only his most favourite sons.

It was with profound sorrow to learn of Danny's death. Like so many who were drawn to Danny by his charm and warmth, we are deeply saddened by his death.

With great sorrow to learn the passing of my most respectful, my mentor and long-time friend, Mr.Danny Gaw.

It is also a great loss of a dedicated volunteer and supporter in the Chinese Community.

Danny, your caring spirit, innovative and leadership are deeply appreciated, and you will always be remembered in my mind and May God always be with you!

It is with much sadness that we heard of the passing of our good friend Danny.
We have known him for a long time as a volunteer for S.U.C.C.E.S.S. with which we are also closely associated. Danny initiated the very successful SUCCESS Charity Golf Tournament and chaired it for many years until last year.
We have also travelled several times with him and Shirley who were excellent travel companions.
The Gaw family has lost a loving father, a devoted husband and a great grandpa; the community has also lost a dedicated volunteer and a generous philanthropist!
Danny will always be remembered in our hearts and minds and may he rest in peace.
