Sharon , There was never a dull momment at work I enjoyed working with him Downtown Post Office box section

I first met Danny and Sharon years ago when our kids were in school together. Josh and Jan are the same ages as my daughters Kristi and Kathy. Danny usually had a video camera at all of their functions and enjoyed being there. When he was our mail guy at school, he always had something uplifting to share and a great smile. I loved to pass by when he was working as the crossing guard on Main Street, he enjoyed being there giving every passerby a smile, a wave and a Victory sign. He shared his enthusiasm for life, love for others and for Christ with every person he came in contact with. He will be missed.

Sharon, Josh, it is so hard to find words at a time like this, and knowing nothing I say will take the hurt away, I just want you to know I considered Danny a Hero! Not so much for anything he did, other than his Service to the Country, but his stand for Christ! His stand for Right! His Belief in the Truth! Danny was one of a kind, and in MY opinion, that is sad! I wish we had a World full of men like Danny. Praying for your peace.

Sharon and family, may the days ahead bring you peace, your loved one is directing the streets of heaven. A good man

I am sorry for your loss miss sharon...danny was such a sweet kind funny caring loving man...me and the kids always got a kick out of him..he always would talk with my husband about 42..our community really loved him and will miss him greatly...lots of love hugs and prayers for you and your family..
