My brothers and I share the family's grief. Daphne and Gordon resided next to us for many years when first married, and became life-long family friends thereafter. The old Davis St. gang thins, but the memories are strong. Daphne and my mother, Catherine, will surely be taking old neighbor Mr. Holmes' plaster ducks off his lawn in Heaven and placing them on another's as they did on earth!

I was her first baby, so to speak, and she cared for me as her own before bearing her own children.

We pray for her everlasting joy with our Creator, her husband, Gordon, and all who have gone before her.
