Darlene Gayle Tiller, 75, died June 28, 2016. A native of Los Angeles County, CA. she was the daughter of the late Robert Foster Stevens and Florence May Thill and wife of Wayne D. Tiller, married 1960. She was preceded in death by her sister Beverly Ann Collins. She also has one brother Brett S. Fink.
Darlene loved children and leaves two daughters, Catherine E. Seguin (James), Deborah E. Tiller and one son Brian C. Tiller (Teresa). Also, four grandchildren Megan E. Syed (Salman), Eric C. Seguin, Audrey L. Tiller and Elliot A. Tiller. Darlene was preceded in death by Harry Fallan who adopted her about age 12.
Darlene was a graduate of Compton High School class of 1958 and worked 25 years for Norwalk/La Mirada School District as an aide for special education children ages 4 and 5 years. She was a faithful member of Beatitudes of Our Lord Catholic Community for 44 years and served as the Greeting Minister and Good Sam Club member for several years.
She will surely be missed by her friends and relatives.
Visitation will be from 5:00 – 8:30 pm on the 7th of July at Rose Hills Mortuary. A Mass will be held at 10:30 am on the 8th of July at Beatitudes of Our Lord Catholic Church by Fr. Anthony Page, Pastor, followed by a graveside service officiated by Sandy Bentz, Pastor.
