I still remember Darrell fondly for all the good he did in our City.

Mr Garner was such a good man. I learned so much from him. He was truly a blessing to everyone who met him. He will definitely be missed.

What can you say???? It looks like all the Good Ones are leaving us behind....I guess the good old guy above said You Have Done Your Best now It's Time To Rest.............. All I can say is that I know I learned from all of them from the time in Stowe Village into Politics I know I learned from the Best. Just wanna say I am proud to say Darrell was one of the best Mentors we had as children in the Ville ( along with my aunt Flo Cooper) . He was one of the 1st ones to start a Girls and Boys Club in the Ville also with the 1st Co-OP store which was in building 91 Hampton St, on the Breeze Way........... It was a great pleasure to have known him we go way back , Tell all the Ville Crew that's up there waiting for you Hello, Love You and gonna miss you,Peace.....
